As a yoga teacher and sexual & reproductive health professional, pregnancy yoga is at the heart of my passions. I have experienced first hand, both as a mother and a yoga teacher, how practicing pregnancy-informed yoga not only offers physical benefits for health and well-being, but can also empower women to move through the transformative journey of pregnancy, birth and motherhood with confidence, grace and love. I offer a holistic and integrated approach to yoga designed to meet the specific needs and unique opportunities of pregnancy. Rather than simply adapting yoga for pregnancy, my approach is grounded in yogic practices that are inspired by pregnancy and grounded in women's innate cyclical wisdom. I have advanced certifications in pregnancy yoga and yoga nidra, in addition to my 200-hr yoga teacher training diploma. I am also a menstruality enthusiast and love supporting women in across different life stages to step into their inner power.
